Prometheus Store — Terms of Service

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Prometheus Store for the Prometheus Clone Wars RP server, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General
The Prometheus Store provides digital products, ranks, perks, cosmetics, and other virtual content for use within the Prometheus Clone Wars RP community.
All purchases are considered digital goods and are delivered electronically.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account and Steam/Garry's Mod account details are correct before purchasing.
Prometheus reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue store products at any time.
2. Payments & Purchases
All purchases are voluntary and are not required to play on the server.
You must have permission from the payment account holder before making a purchase.
Prices may be changed at any time. Purchases already completed will not be affected by future price changes.
Prometheus is not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account due to incorrect information being provided by the customer.
Fraudulent, chargeback-based, or otherwise illegitimate purchases may result in the removal of purchased benefits and/or a permanent community ban.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or activated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the purchased product has not been delivered or there has been a genuine technical issue.
Attempting to obtain a refund through a payment provider after receiving and using a digital product may be treated as a fraudulent chargeback.
If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact Prometheus staff before opening a payment dispute.
4. Store Products
Store products are licensed to the purchasing account and are not transferable unless explicitly permitted by Prometheus staff.
Purchased ranks, items, cosmetics, or perks do not grant immunity from server rules.
Staff may remove or restrict a purchased benefit if it is being abused, exploited, or used to violate server rules.
Prometheus may rebalance, modify, or replace store benefits where necessary for server balance or technical reasons.
Store purchases do not guarantee permanent access to the server or any particular feature.
5. Server Bans & Punishments
Purchasing an item does not protect you from moderation.
Players who are banned, restricted, demoted, or otherwise punished may lose access to purchased benefits for the duration of the punishment.
Permanent removal of store benefits may occur where a player is permanently removed from the community due to serious rule violations, fraud, or abuse.
Refunds will not normally be issued because a player has been punished or banned.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam, Discord, and any associated accounts.
Do not share account information or purchase access with other users.
Prometheus staff will never ask for your payment password or sensitive payment information.
7. Exploitation & Abuse
The following are prohibited:

Exploiting store systems or payment systems.
Attempting to obtain products without payment.
Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
Reselling or transferring products without permission.
Using bugs or exploits to duplicate purchased products.
Falsifying payment information or receipts.
Violations may result in the immediate removal of purchased products and a permanent ban from Prometheus.

8. Service Availability
Prometheus does not guarantee that the server or store will be available at all times.
Maintenance, updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily prevent access to purchased content.
Prometheus is not responsible for losses caused by server downtime, Garry's Mod updates, Steam outages, or third-party services.
9. Changes to These Terms
Prometheus reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of the store after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Agreement
By completing a purchase through the Prometheus Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
